Is this the one on the left as you head up the hill? If my memory serves me right it's got a big lake/pool inside known as the blue pool. If it is I hope it stays open another week or so as I'm stuck in Somerset until 20th. The last time I went in was around (showing my age now) 25 years ago. Anyone up for a trip?? ---------------------- |

It is that mine, it is a smaller now as the quarry has consumed the site of main pit. The blue and two other pools are still left. |
