Major alterations After an update of PHP the forum software decided it didn't want to play any more. It's my own fault as I wrote the forum software and I hadn't been keeping things up to date. Anyway, I've got most of it working again. I'll finish the rest over the next few days

Well, I think I've fixed most of the bugs. If you spot anything that either doesn't work or doesn't look right please let me know.
